What information is necessary for requesting the Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Information for the COA application includes:
- Title of sample
- Appearance of sample
- Manufacturer’s name
- Manufacturer’s address
- Exporter’s name
- Exporter’s address
- number and PI number
- Description of product and container
- Quantity of the export product
And the COA is valid for only the lot of product indicated in the COA request form.
