1.To be Thailand’s science and technology library and information center.

2.Provide specialized information services in science and technology and prepare specialized for the research and development of Thailand’s industries.

3.To be the science and technology coordinator to prepare and develop information system and network for the sharing of information researches.

4.Develop the management system in science and technology information into the format of e-Library.

5.Utilize information technology and develop database for science and technology information management.

6.Encourage the utilization of science and technology information in research, development and innovation.

7.Provide support and collaboration with other agencies/organizations, or perform other duties as assigned.
