PSD unit is responsible for the improvement of the administrative system of the Department by implementing the Royal Decree on Criteria and Procedure for Good Governance and using technology innovations. PSD's key functions are:
1. Providing suggestion and colaborating with related organizations regarding the strategies to develop the administrative system of the Department. These strategies are comprised of role and mission reviewing, restructuring, redesigning of work process and human resource management, and improving mindset, work culture, and core values, in order to archive the goal of section 3/1 of the State Administration Act (No. 5) Act 2545.s
2. Coordinating and working together with Public Sector Development Commission (PDC) and other units within the Department to make sure that the implemented administrative system reaches the objectivesand targets effectively and efficiently.
3. Monitoring and evaluating administrative system development of the Department and reporting to the Director General.
4. Coordinating with PDC to provide an annual report about the progress of the administrative system development of the Department.
5. Working with and providing support to related organizations as assigned by the Department.
