General Administration Subdivision
     General Administration Division is responsible for the management of documentation, finance, facilities, and staff. The duty also includes publicity, foreign relations, coordination, as well as the preparation of BLPD activity reports.

Potential of Personnel Development Division (PPD)
      Division is responsible for the management of education and training for the staff of chemical laboratories by surveying the needs; planning; studying and developing the curriculum; and cooperating with related units in order to increase the potential and competency of the laboratories.

Certification of Persons Division (CPD)
    The section is responsible for the personnel certification task since 2010 by initiating scheme of Control and Management of Chemicals in Laboratories  for a person who works in the laboratory and will extend other schemes in the future. On 16 July 2015, BLPD is accredited to be the Thailand pioneer of Certification Body for Persons on Science and Technology in the initiative certification scheme on “Control and Management of Chemicals in Laboratories.

Learning Promotion via Electronics media Division (LED)
     The section is responsible for the science and technology training with an emphasis on laboratory science by surveying the needs and planning necessary resources in teaching and remote training via the Internet including studying and developing the curriculum and cooperating among related units in order to have an educational resource and a non-formal training resource in increasing knowledge and competency of the staff on laboratory science with the unlimited place and time.

Innovative Training Support Division (ITS)
       The section is responsible for research and development emphasis on improving competences and skills of the building workforce in Science and Technology. It includes needs assessment to strengthen laboratory personnel in Thailand, training network building at the domestic and international levels, and organizing of the national conferences in Science and Technology.
