Reference Calibration Laboratory Center (RCLC)
Responsibilities:
- To conduct research and develop calibration methodologies, along with the establishment of relevant standards in mechanical mass, dimensional, temperature and humidity, electrical, medical, and chemical calibration.
- Calibration services are provided for measuring instruments in order to assign reference values, supporting product development and quality control in compliance with applicable standards.
- The laboratory serves as the national reference facility for the calibration of measuring instruments, ensuring conformity with international standards.
- Knowledge in calibration and calibration technologies is transferred through academic consultation, expert guidance, and research services aimed at addressing technical challenges.
- Laboratory quality systems are established and maintained in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, along with adherence to laboratory safety protocols and other relevant quality standards.
- Academic and research collaboration networks are fostered with relevant agencies at both domestic and international levels.
- Collaboration is undertaken with concerned agencies in the formulation of regulations and product standards, both nationally and internationally.
- Duties may be performed in coordination with, or in support of, other relevant agencies as necessary, or as assigned by supervisory authorities.
- วิจัยและพัฒนาวิธีการสอบเทียบ และการจัดทำมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านสอบเทียบทางมวลเชิงกล มิติ อุณหภูมิและความชื้น ไฟฟ้า การแพทย์และเคมี
- สอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดเพื่อให้ค่าอ้างอิง ในการนำไปใข้ประโยชน์สำหรับการพัฒนาและควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- สอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดในฐานะห้องปฏิบัติการอ้างอิงของประเทศ เพื่อยืนยันคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานสากล
- ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดและเทคโนโลยีการสอบเทียบ รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำทางวิชาการ และการให้บริการทำงานวิจัยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำและรักษาระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ ISO/IEC 17025 และดำเนินกิจกรรมตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของห้องปฏิบัติการ และมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ทั้งมิติด้านวิชาการ งานวิจัยและพัฒนากับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการกำหนดกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
