Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the utilization of high-precision scientific instruments in various laboratories, including maintenance and readiness checks, to ensure optimal performance in analysis, testing, and calibration.
2. Handle chemical management and laboratory safety, encompassing proper storage, procurement, and disposal of chemicals in accordance with safety standards, while implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and minimize occupational risks.
3. Administer laboratory quality systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing and analysis, and to serve as a model for quality management in other laboratories.
4. Provide comprehensive testing, analytical, and calibration services across multiple disciplines—including physics, chemistry, and biology—to both public and private sector organizations, utilizing advanced and high-precision scientific techniques and instruments.
5. Offer guidance and consultation on the use of scientific instruments and safe chemical management to network laboratories, as well as support the development and enhancement of laboratory work processes for improved efficiency.
6. Collaborate with or support the operations of relevant agencies or any tasks assigned by supervisors

1. บริหารจัดการและดูแลการใช้งานเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีความแม่นยำสูงในห้องปฏิบัติการต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาและการตรวจสอบความพร้อมใช้งานของเครื่องมือเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการวิเคราะห์ทดสอบ และสอบเทียบ
2. จัดการสารเคมีและความปลอดภัยในห้องปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงการจัดเก็บ จัดซื้อ และการกำจัดอย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย พร้อมทั้งดำเนินมาตรการความปลอดภัยในห้องปฏิบัติการเพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและลดความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน
3. บริหารงานระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025 เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการทดสอบและการตรวจวิเคราะห์มีความถูกต้องและน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงเป็นต้นแบบในการจัดการคุณภาพสำหรับห้องปฏิบัติการอื่น ๆ
4. ให้บริการวิเคราะห์ทดสอบและสอบเทียบที่ครอบคลุมหลายสาขา ทั้งด้านฟิสิกส์ เคมี และชีวภาพ แก่หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยใช้เทคนิคและเครื่องมือทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ทันสมัยและมีความแม่นยำสูง
5. ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาด้านการใช้งานเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และการจัดการสารเคมีที่ปลอดภัยแก่ห้องปฏิบัติการเครือข่าย รวมถึงสนับสนุนการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในห้องปฏิบัติการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
6. ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
