Test sample submission
What should the customer do to request the food sample analysis for getting the approval certificate of the food product from Food and Drug Administration (FDA)?
The customer has to inquire Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about the category of the food product and the number of Notification of Public Health applied for the food sample analysis. After getting the information obtained from FDA, DSS provides the customer a quotation including the number of samples and testing service fee. Finally, the customer can submit the samples with the quotation and pay the testing service fee at One Stop Service Center.

How can the customer receive the test report?
The customers can choose to receive the test report either in person at Department of Science Service (DSS) or by registered mail according to the address in the sample submission form.
