On 5 October 2022, Dr. Patom Sawanpanyalert, M.D., Ph.D., Director general of Department of Science Service (DSS) participated the day of Innovation 2022. The day of Innovation was organized by National Innovation Agency (NIA) to give honors to the Thai innovator who initiated the distinguished innovation and inspired the creativity in the innovation and His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great (H.M. King Rama IX) as the Father of innovation. In this year, there were 821 innovations and 52 masterpieces displayed in Royal Paragon Hall, fifth floor, Siam Paragon. Dr. Sumet Tantivechakun, the Chaipattana foundation, joined congratulations and gave talk on King’s philosophy and the innovation.
