Saengchantara Director-General of Department of Science Service with the executives and officers attended The Ceremony in sacrifices offering to “Phra Bat Somdet Phra Chom Klao Chao Yu Hua” (H.M. King Rama IV) on The death anniversary memorial day 1^st October at the statue of H.M. King Rama IV in the front of The Saran Rom palace, Bangkok .
