DSS Followed up Some Progress of a Project on Development of an Accreditation and Standardization Unit to Prepare Readiness of the Department of Standardization and Metrology (DSM)

On June 1, 2015, Dr.Suthiweth T.Saengchantara, Director-General of the Department of Science Service (DSS) and Acting 2, LT. Sun Jhitkraikroun, Deputy Director - General of DSS from Thailand firstly visited Mr.Bounpone Bouapheng, Acting Director of the Department of Standardization and Metrology (DSM) and Mr.Viengthong Vongthavilay, Deputy Director of DSM, Lao people’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), then followed up some progress of the project on development of an accreditation and standardization unit to prepare readiness of the DSM which was the technical collaboration between DSS (Thailand), and DSM (Lao PDR), and lastly participated as observers with DSS assessors at DSM in Lao PDR.
