Central Administration Center (CAC)
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Responsible for administrative operations, including clerical services, personnel affairs, procurement, budgeting, off-budget fund management, and staff welfare, along with coordination efforts both within the institute and with external organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Coordination and synthesis of performance reports from the institute\u2019s internal divisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Management of official documents, general statistical compilation, document retrieval, and disposal in compliance with relevant regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Support and facilitation of academic collaboration and networking at both national and international levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Organization of internal meetings and preparation of official meeting minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Planning, monitoring, and implementation of internal projects; promotion of research utilization and dissemination of the institute\u2019s outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
