Chemical Reference Laboratory Center (CRLC)
Responsibilities:
- Research and development shall be carried out on chemical and environmental testing methods, along with the formulation of relevant standards in the fields of analytical chemistry and environmental quality.
- Chemical and environmental quality analyses are conducted to provide reference values for materials, supporting product development, quality assurance, and environmental compliance in accordance with established standards.
- The laboratory serves as the national reference center for chemical and environmental testing of goods and products, aiming to confirm their conformity with international standards.
- Efforts are made to develop green innovations and environmental management practices that enhance the country’s competitiveness.
- Knowledge transfer in chemical sciences and testing technologies is provided, along with academic consultation, expert guidance, and research services to address technical and environmental challenges.
- The laboratory quality management system is established and maintained in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, while safety standards and other related quality measures are also implemented.
- Networks of academic, research, and development cooperation are fostered with relevant agencies both domestically and internationally.
- Collaboration is undertaken with responsible agencies to establish regulations and product standards at both national and international levels.
- Tasks may be performed in coordination with or in support of other relevant agencies, as assigned by supervisory authorities.
- วิจัยและพัฒนาวิธีทดสอบทางเคมีและสิ่งแวดล้อม และการจัดทำมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านเคมีวิเคราะห์และคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม
- วิเคราะห์ทดสอบสมบัติทางเคมีและคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้ค่าแก่วัสดุอ้างอิง ในการนำไปใข้ประโยชน์สำหรับการพัฒนาและควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- วิเคราะห์ทดสอบสมบัติทางเคมีของสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในฐานะห้องปฏิบัติการอ้างอิงของประเทศ เพื่อยืนยันคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานสากล
- วิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมสีเขียวและการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ
- ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เคมีและเทคโนโลยีการทดสอบ รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำทางวิชาการ และการให้บริการทำงานวิจัยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำและรักษาระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ ISO/IEC 17025 และดำเนินกิจกรรมตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของห้องปฏิบัติการ และมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ทั้งมิติด้านวิชาการ งานวิจัยและพัฒนากับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการกำหนดกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
